This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about beauty and skincare, and who want to provide exceptional service to French-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding beauty and skincare products, including recommendations and application advice.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries within the company’s systems.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and to improve service delivery.
• Promote a positive and engaging experience for all customers while representing the brand’s values.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations and solve customer inquiries effectively.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for beauty and skincare products, with a desire to help customers make informed choices.
