Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about empowering children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities ? Implement individualized behavior objectives within clients? home settings for children aged 4 to 8. ? Collaborate closely with a BCBA supervisor to ensure the effective execution of treatment plans. ? Collect and analyze data to track client progress and outcomes. ? Provide compassionate and supportive care to clients and their families. Required Skills ? Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred. ? A genuine passion for fostering learning and growth in children. ? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. ? Comfort with data collection and analysis. Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field is preferred. ? At least one year of experience working with children is highly preferred. ? Experience in managing children with challenging behaviors is a plus. ? Willingness to pursue RBT certification, with support provided. ? Flexibility to work on weekends for increased hourly compensation, based on client needs. Career Growth Opportunities ?
