Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
? Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
