Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Provide top-notch customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Stay informed about our products and services to offer accurate information and assistance.
• Document customer interactions to identify trends and enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep your skills and product knowledge sharp.

• Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• A positive and professional attitude that builds strong client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic remote work environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered.
