What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via calls, and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Provide expert advice on outdoor gear and motorcycle equipment
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customersâ sensitive information
- Maintain working knowledge of our clientâs products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent Polish and English (C1 level both spoken and written)
- Experience in a customer support role
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbpsâdownload and 40 Mbpsâupload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with CRM systems
