• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to the music streaming platform, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on platform features and music industry trends.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• Strong passion for music and understanding of music streaming services.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
