Unicorn Role Overview:
Are you an experienced Real Estate EA with a knack for keeping busy agents organized and focused on growth? This role is ideal for a proactive assistant who can manage everything from database upkeep to marketing efforts and video content creation. Youâll provide essential support to a real estate professional, managing key administrative, marketing, and transaction tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
What Youâll Do:
- Database Management: Maintain and organize CRM systems (e.g., Follow-up Boss, Flow Desk), ensuring up-to-date records and effective lead tracking.
- Marketing Support: Assist in creating newsletters, event invitations, and social media graphics using Canva, Flow Desk, and Google Forms. Develop and implement a consistent marketing strategy.
- Video Content Assistance: Edit videos for YouTube, including cover creation, to enhance online presence and engage with a luxury client base.
- Transaction & Contract Coordination: Prepare buyer and seller agreements, manage contracts, and ensure smooth transaction processes from start to close.
- Brokerage Transition Support: Assist with the transition to new brokerage platforms, managing e-signing needs (e.g., moving from DotLoop to DocuSign) and other logistical elements.

- Proven Real Estate EA Experience: 3+ years supporting fast-growing agents or teams in the real estate industry, ideally with luxury clients.
- Organizational Prowess: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, keeping transactions and marketing efforts streamlined.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong attention to accuracy in contract management, CRM data, and marketing content.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with real estate CRMs (Follow-up Boss), email marketing tools (FloDesk), and graphics software (Canva). Familiarity with video editing for YouTube is a plus.
- Strong Communication & Initiative: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing needs, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time Commitment: Part-Time (20hrs/week) US based timezone.
