Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department. In this essential role, you will provide comprehensive support to customers regarding their automotive insurance policies and claims processes. Your proficiency in Dutch will be crucial in helping clients navigate their inquiries, resolve claims issues, and ensure they understand their coverage options. Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding insurance policies and claims.
- Assist clients with the claims process, including submission, tracking, and resolution.
- Provide clear and accurate information about coverage options, policy details, and billing inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and other departments to facilitate smooth claims processing.
- Keep up-to-date with automotive insurance products, industry regulations, and claims procedures.
- Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in insurance or automotive sectors, is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Able to handle sensitive situations with tact and empathy.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and claims processing is preferred.
- Proficient in using customer service software and managing digital communication tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
