Hiring Priorities
• Accounting Expertise: 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting operations and financial reporting
• Public Accounting experience: Must have public accounting experience
• CPA: Strong preference for candidate to hold active CPA
Preferred Experience
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and mentor accounting teams effectively.
• Industry Accounting: Management-level experience in an operating company.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Accounting Operations Management: Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Business Planning: Deliver financial reporting and performance analytics to executive leadership along with unique insights. Must go 'beyond the numbers' and provide commentary to support strategic business planning.
