The Global Commercial Services Marketing team (GCSM) is responsible for making business membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. GCSM markets a breadth of products across charge, lending, co-brand, and corporate cards. It is also offers a range of small business banking and B2B solutions.
As the Manager, Transformation and Change Acceleration you will be responsible for driving the adoption of new processes, supporting broad migration efforts, and optimizing execution across marketing technology initiatives. As part of Flywheel, a multi-year initiative to redefine marketing execution through innovation, automation, and efficiency, this role will ensure marketing teams successfully integrate new capabilities, enhance operational readiness, and align product governance with enterprise-wide policies while maintaining agility.
How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?
- Develop and implement adoption strategies to ensure marketing teams seamlessly integrate Flywheel capabilities into their workflows.
- Identify and mitigate adoption challenges, ensuring a smooth and frictionless transition to new processes.
- Align Flywheel capabilities with enterprise-wide governance policies (NPA process) while balancing flexibility and innovation.
- Train, support, and enable marketing teams to fully use Flywheelâs capabilities.
- Monitor industry standard methodologies, emerging MarTech capabilities, and marketing trends to inform Flywheelâs evolution.
What Weâre Looking for in You:
- Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to drive process adoption and ensure teams embrace new ways of working.
- Strategic Thinker: Â Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable strategies that optimize execution.
- Governance & Compliance Knowledge: Experience with governance frameworks, ensuring compliance while maintaining agility.
- Strong Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead cross-functional teams through transformation with clarity, confidence, and partner engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Uses insights to drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant years of experience in change management, transformation, or MarTech enablement.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and partner engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in executive summaries and partner updates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing technology ecosystems and system integrations.
- Background in product governance and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise-wide migration efforts.
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
