Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking clients in the Car Rental department.
  • Assist customers with reservations, inquiries, and complaints through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Effectively communicate rental policies, procedures, and available vehicle options to customers in Japanese.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s software systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery in the department.
  • Stay informed about the latest car rental trends, promotions, and offerings to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the consumer services industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software; prior experience with rental systems is an advantage.
