We are seeking a passionate Flight Ops Support - Publications Specialist! Based in Remote, this role is available for an immediate start. This position requires a strong skillset in relevant areas. The compensation for this role is Competitive salary.

How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) ? Download manufacturer revisions to Compliance Smartsheet and identify each individual change. ? Review and analyze incoming internal PCRs. ? Pre-Revision meetings with fleet leadership teams/SMEs, QA Compliance, Line Ops, etc. to review proposals for: ? Internal PCRs ? Manufacturer Revisions ? Create Standard Text (STSC) proposals, hold pre-STSC Airbus/Boeing meetings for consensus, and preset changes in STSC. ? Prepare and submit Safety Risk Assessments (SRA) ? Work in conjunction with Technical Writer (TW) on all proposed changes. ? Provide quality check and approval at change level. ? Conduct fleet meeting to gain approval for revision. ? Help with creating of Fleet Bulletins (FBs) and All Pilot Bulletins (APBs). ? Assist with Student Guide and OE Guide revisions. Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing ? Establishing internet or cell data connections to access company information and schedules. ? Use of email and email folders. ? Use of Power Point. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) ? Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. ? Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles. ? Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. ? Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) ? Previous Airbus/Boeing operator experience preferred. ? Familiar with manual revision process and applicable regulatory requirements. ? Ability to consolidate information into a formal presentation that outlines key points to support a recommended outcome. ? Familiar with Smartsheet, Aerodocs, Word, and Adobe. Timeframe: ? 30-40 hours per week. ? Ability to extend past one-year project commitment.
