Responsibilities ? Manage Airbnb listings, including updating listing information, pricing, and availability ? Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests throughout their stay... ? Coordinate check-in and check-out processes ? Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively ? Provide recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants ? Ensure that the Airbnb listings meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance ? Monitor and manage guest reviews and ratings ? Disputing reviews with Airbnb through understanding and referencing their Review Policy ? Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans ? Financial reporting for clients monthly ? Invoicing clients and tracking invoices to make sure they are paid ? Communicate with cleaners to make sure properties are completed and pictures are provided, report all supplies needed to management ?
