Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Core Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in navigating Delta?s website and mobile app.
- Resolve issues related to ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update records in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor?s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
