Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Car Leasing & Financing Department. In this important role, you will be the primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries about car leasing and financing options, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may face. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding car leasing and financing services.
• Assist clients with application processes, account management, and payment queries.
• Provide detailed information on leasing terms, financing options, and vehicle availability.
• Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate continuous service improvement and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to better assist clients.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance overall service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly within automotive finance or leasing, is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software and financial services platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
