Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order placements, and any issues regarding their purchases.
  • Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product usage to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely solutions and maintaining high levels of customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and beauty trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes thoroughly for future reference and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and drive product engagement.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
