In this role, you will provide exemplary support to German-speaking clients as they plan and book their travel experiences. As a crucial part of our team, you will assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and any travel-related issues, ensuring they receive a high level of service that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in German, assisting clients with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and platform navigation.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving any issues and ensuring satisfaction throughout their travel journey.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on unresolved inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with other departments, including bookings and logistics, to manage and resolve complex customer requests.
  • Stay informed about travel products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations.
  • Engage proactively with customers to anticipate their needs and provide personalized support.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to continually enhance travel product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality sectors, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized.
  • Attention to detail and skills in maintaining accurate documentation of customer inquiries and interactions.
  • A passion for travel and providing exemplary customer service will be viewed favorably, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
