In this role, you will provide exemplary support to German-speaking clients as they plan and book their travel experiences. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service in German, assisting clients with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and platform navigation.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving any issues and ensuring satisfaction throughout their travel journey.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on unresolved inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments, including bookings and logistics, to manage and resolve complex customer requests.
- Stay informed about travel products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations.
- Engage proactively with customers to anticipate their needs and provide personalized support.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continually enhance travel product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality sectors, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized.
- Attention to detail and skills in maintaining accurate documentation of customer inquiries and interactions.
