In this essential role, you will be the primary contact for our Czech-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support for their transportation inquiries and ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience with our services. Your fluency in Czech will be crucial in delivering personalized assistance and resolving any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers in Czech through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to transportation services.
  • Assist clients with the booking process, itinerary adjustments, and general travel-related queries.
  • Professionally handle customer complaints and feedback, striving for swift and effective resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about transportation industry trends, pricing, and service offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Contribute to initiatives that aim to enhance customer experience and satisfaction within the transportation sector.
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the travel or transportation industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot inquiries effectively and provide timely resolutions.
  • Familiarity with transportation services and booking systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
