We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Music & Podcast Department. This role is ideal for music enthusiasts who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping clients navigate our platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients regarding our online music and podcast services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, content availability, and service features.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries and enhance overall service delivery.
• Stay updated on music and podcast trends, platform features, and service updates to provide informed assistance.
• Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service and user satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a clear manner.
• Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary.
