Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in German, addressing customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at every interaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for follow-up and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues requiring specialized knowledge.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, product specifications, and industry news to assist customers effectively.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in German is essential, along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions to customers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse customers.
- Able to work under pressure while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- A passion for automobiles and a willingness to learn more about automotive products and technologies is a plus.
