Automotive Industry: FULL TIME German Speaking Customer Service

Automotive Industry has an opening for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service! We're looking for someone to start immediately in this Remote role. Key to this role is your expertise in Fluency in German and English. The compensation for this role is $30k - $45k per Year.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in German, addressing customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at every interaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for follow-up and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues requiring specialized knowledge.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, product specifications, and industry news to assist customers effectively.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in German is essential, along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions to customers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse customers.
• Able to work under pressure while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
• A passion for automobiles and a willingness to learn more about automotive products and technologies is a plus.
