OVERVIEW: Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished ?Call Center/ Customer Service Rep ? 100% REMOTE?... Position: Call Center/ Customer Service Rep ? 100% REMOTE!!! Location: Sacramento, CA Duration: 6 months+ temp-to-hire Pay rate: $16/hr on W2 Important: ? Work schedule: Must be available 7AM to 7 PM PST, Monday through Friday ? The client MUST have their own Laptop/ computer to work REMOTELY ? Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem (Download ? 20 Mbps minimum & Upload ? 5 Mbps minimum) ? Candidate can be located anywhere in CA, TX, AZ. JOB DESCRIPTION: ? High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred; ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information; ? ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures; ? ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency; ? excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment; ? ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; ? proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time; JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web based portal regarding information on programs and services ? Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken ? Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy ? Address customer?s inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made ? Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation ? Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns ? Perform data entry accurately ?
