Your Role Will Involve

Your daily activities will include:

• Delivering outstanding customer support through various channels like phone, email, and chat.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to drive sales and retention.
• Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
• Exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish along with a solid command of English.
• Experience in sales, customer support, or account management is beneficial but not essential.
