Description Superior Services, a local HVAC & Plumbing company with over 20 years in the community, is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician. Install, test, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units. ? Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. ? Replace filters, clean coils, and perform other necessary maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems. ? Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues. ? Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures. ? Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats. ? Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations. ? Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices. ? Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner. ? Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment. ? Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked. ? Work with other team members and departments as needed for large-scale installations or service projects. ? Assist in training apprentices or less experienced technicians as needed.
