- Assist financial advisors in preparing for client meetings by gathering financial data and documentation.
- Manage client communications, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and sending follow-up information.
- Prepare client reports and presentations, ensuring all materials are accurate and timely.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients by collecting necessary documentation and information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Stay informed about financial products, market trends, and compliance regulations to assist advisors effectively.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, tracking expenses, and handling mail.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associateâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1â3 years of experience in a financial services or administrative support role.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential client information.
