  • Assist financial advisors in preparing for client meetings by gathering financial data and documentation.
  • Manage client communications, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and sending follow-up information.
  • Prepare client reports and presentations, ensuring all materials are accurate and timely.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by collecting necessary documentation and information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Stay informed about financial products, market trends, and compliance regulations to assist advisors effectively.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, tracking expenses, and handling mail.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a financial services or administrative support role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential client information.
