We are currently looking for a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Car Leasing & Financing Department. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are keen to assist Flemish-speaking clients with their car leasing and financing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding car leasing and financing options via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to lease agreements, financing terms, and vehicle selections.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and ensure follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and streamline service delivery.
• Keep customers informed about product offerings, promotions, and financing options.
• Gather feedback from clients to contribute to service improvements and overall customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or financing sector.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
