Scope of the Role
The Amazon Marketing Manager will oversee the Amazon operations, from product listings to team coordination. You will be responsible for implementing growth strategies, optimizing listings, managing Virtual Assistants, and ensuring inventory aligns with forecasted sales trends.
Key Responsibilities
What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Amazon Operations Management:
- Manage product listings and ensure they align with brand standards.
- Sales Forecasting:
- Predict sales trends using data-driven insights and adjust strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Team Leadership:
- Oversee and collaborate with Virtual Assistants to ensure operational tasks are managed effectively.
- Escalation Management:
- Address issues with Amazon swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization:
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve product listings and marketing strategies for enhanced conversion rates.
- Growth Strategy and Market Analysis:
- Regularly analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive forward the brand's Amazon strategy.
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Must have)
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in Amazon marketing or e-commerce management, preferably within the sports industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in team management.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
