Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
  • Manage incoming calls and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers in Spanish and English to facilitate smooth interactions and support.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Assist in the process of product returns and exchanges, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, especially in consumer electronics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure while addressing customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and challenges.
