Responsibilities

• Provide tailored consultation to Spanish-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Assist clients in leveraging search engine platforms and tools to optimize their advertising campaigns.
• Analyze client performance data and offer actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops on best practices for search engine marketing.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of client strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and digital marketing innovations.
• Promptly address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of search engine tools and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
