The Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by phone, delivering exceptional service and keeping our brands—Kay, Jared, Zales, Peoples, and Banter—our customer’s jeweler of choice!

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Answer customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, thankful for the opportunity to address your customer’s question or concern.
  • Provide exceptional, personalized support by quickly providing resolutions that are personalized to your unique customer.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Multitask by documenting and researching while engaging with customers during the call to drive the interaction towards an efficient resolution.
  • Exceed your customer’s expectations through your phone etiquette, always representing the company in a positive light.
  • Exceed expectations in production, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and communication quality.
  • Handle escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism, keeping your cool under pressure.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience in customer service or client support.
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and office software is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus for serving a diverse customer base.
  • Analytical mindset to assess feedback and improve service.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math.
