Overview As a Client Experience Associate at Titan, you will be a key point of contact for investors during tax season, providing exceptional customer service and support. In Short ? Respond to customer requests via chat and email ? Resolve customer issues and develop best practices ? Assist with KYC/AML operations and account onboarding ?
