Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and inquiries regarding baggage policies and fees.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with various departments to solve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about flight schedules, company policies, and promotional offers to provide timely assistance.

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and various computer applications.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
