Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to determine their online security software requirements
• Provide tailored software recommendations based on client needs
• Act as a liaison between clients and software vendors

• Assist in creating customized proposals and presentations
• Support clients through the software implementation process
• Ensure continuous client satisfaction through follow-ups

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
