Position Overview: Fite Strategies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to connect with businesses and homeowners, scheduling appointments for free service estimates. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive commission-based earnings, and the opportunity to expand into direct-to-consumer sales. Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct outbound outreach to businesses, securing appointments for free service estimates. ? Professionally engage with potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our services. ? Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions. ? Optionally, engage in direct-to-consumer sales, earning a commission of 20% on completed jobs. ? Consistently meet productivity expectations, booking an average of two appointments per hour. Qualifications: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. ? Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. ? Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits: ?
