This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about travel and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Offer outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries related to the travel platform.
• Provide support in resolving issues related to bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
• Guide customers through the booking process while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends and updates within the platform to provide accurate and timely information.
• Document all customer interactions and report feedback to enhance overall service quality.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A genuine passion for travel and helping customers plan their journeys.
