iGaming - Remote is looking for a talented Nordic Speaking Customer Advisor! An immediate start is available for this Remote-based position. A background in Fluency in Nordic languages and English will be highly beneficial. We offer a $30k - $50k per Year.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries related to gaming accounts, technical issues, and promotional offers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information regarding game features, rules, and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive gaming experience.
  • Stay updated on gaming industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate support.
  • Record customer interaction and feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Work cohesively within a remote team to share insights and contribute to collective goals related to customer satisfaction.
  • Support team efforts to increase loyalty and retention among our Nordic-speaking user base.
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) alongside English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming or online entertainment sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude.
  • The ability to explain complex gaming concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documenting customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of iGaming platforms and regulations is advantageous.
  • A passion for gaming and dedication to enhancing customer experiences is essential.
