Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in Polish to online content creators via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist clients with inquiries about our services, tools, and features related to content creation.
  • Effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Educate clients on best practices for using our platforms to enhance their content creation efforts.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive customer experience and share insights.
  • Contribute to the development of support resources, including FAQs and tutorials.
  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer support role, ideally within the online content creation or digital services field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment and provide timely solutions.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools and online platforms is an asset.
