This role requires flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays. Job Description As a Cabin Crew Safety Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. You will play a crucial role in emergency preparedness and customer service, making sure every aspect of the cabin environment operates smoothly. Responsibilities – Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings with the crew. – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. – Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking. – Respond to in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when necessary. – Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing passenger needs and inquiries. – Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Requirements – Must be at least 18 years old. – High school diploma or equivalent. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work in a team environment and handle stressful situations. – Must pass a background check and drug screening. – Must be physically fit to perform safety duties and assist passengers. Educational Qualifications – High School Diploma or GED is required. – Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus. Experience – Previous experience in customer service or safety-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
