Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding high-end coffee machines.
• Assist customers with inquiries about product features, usage, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the machines in a timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to effectively address complex customer questions.
• Stay informed about the latest product offerings and industry trends to provide insightful assistance.
• Meet performance metrics linked to customer satisfaction and response times.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the luxury or appliance sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with a passion for high-end coffee machines.
• Experience with customer service software and resources.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
