Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer support to Greek-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, order status, and company policies.

- Accurately process orders and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Provide personalized recommendations and educate customers on product features and benefits.

- Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
