JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is seeking a part-time (15-20 hours/week) Data Entry Associate for our client, a leading nonprofit technology social enterprise headquartered in the Cleveland area. This person will be reporting directly to the CFO. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying data entered into customer profiles in our clients billing system. We are looking for candidates with a strong attention to detail to verify and validate customer profile information. Additionally, this person will assist with scheduling installations for field technicians as well as some customer support as it relates to answering simple billing inquiries, rescheduling installation appointments, and helping customers login to their profiles. This is a hybrid position that allows for some remote work. The hours are fairly flexible, though preference will be given to candidates who are able to work 3:00pm EST - 6:00pm EST.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 2+ years of Data Entry experience- Customer service experience- Experience scheduling appointments- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
