This role enables you to support Nordic-speaking customers while working from the comfort of your home in Greece. Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related questions, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product functionalities, features, and account management.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on product usage and provide guidance to enhance their experience.
• Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and company updates to provide informed support.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in IT support or customer service, preferably in the technology industry.
• Solid understanding of IT products and services with strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the capability to document interactions accurately.
