GrowthX is looking for a talented Chief Of Staff / Executive Assistant! We're looking for someone to start immediately in this Remote role. You'll leverage your skills in Exceptional organizational skills to succeed. You can expect a salary of $60k - $90k per Year for this role.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to support our client’s C-level executives in a remote capacity. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive team and will play a key part in driving the company's strategic initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics for C-level executives
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare and review correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate and attend high-level meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items
• Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives
• Assist in strategic planning and execution of company-wide objectives
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Experience in strategic planning and execution

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a remote Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff
• Experience supporting C-level executives
• Experience in the tech industry or fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of business operations and financial processes
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
