Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations to Hungarian-speaking customers on search engine optimization and online marketing strategies.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend customized solutions to enhance their online presence.
• Educate clients on product functionalities and industry best practices to maximize search engine effectiveness.
• Document interactions with clients and collect feedback to improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and the latest advancements in search engine technology.

• Fluency in Hungarian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical abilities to interpret data and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.
• Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
