Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch related to car leasing and financing services.
• Assist users with application processes, account management, and payment inquiries.
• Provide detailed information regarding leasing terms, financing options, and promotional offers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support quality assurance and service enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and financing regulations to assist customers effectively.
• Collect and report customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the automotive or financial services sectors, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues under pressure.
• Familiarity with car leasing and financing processes is a plus.
