Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients regarding automotive products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document them in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in a remote or office setting.
