This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about fashion and customer service, eager to support Nordic-speaking clients in their online shopping journeys from the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Engage in training programs to increase product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A passionate interest in fashion and a commitment to assisting customers in finding their ideal products.
