As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact, assisting clients with their inquiries and delivering top-notch customer service. This opportunity offers professional growth and a chance to be part of a supportive team environment.
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8-hour shifts within this timeframe).
Location
Hybrid (1-2 days in office) for London, Ontario

- Providing accurate and courteous responses to existing and new members while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Able to work in two days in London location
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn multiple computer systems (Windows-based and others).
- A demonstrated ability to solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions.
- Minimum of a High School diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong multitasking and computer skills.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is required.
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
