Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer assistance to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding anti-financial crime inquiries.
  • Educate clients on processes and procedures related to financial security and fraud prevention.
  • Monitor and report suspicious activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Anti-Financial Crime Unit to resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and trends to enhance customer service quality.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with financial crime regulations and prevention strategies is a plus.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
