Manage a variety of pre-litigation cases, including auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, premise liability, pedestrian accidents, and government claims ? Coordinate the intake process, including opening claims, sending representation letters, setting up medical appointments, and managing client communications ? Utilize organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines ? Interact with medical providers, clients, and insurance companies to gather necessary documentation and information ? Conduct research, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records ? *Requirements:** ? Bilingual in Spanish (a plus) ? Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required) ? Minimum of 2 years of case management experience in personal injury law ?
