In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with their subscriptions and ensuring they receive the best possible service. Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to subscription services, including billing and account management.
• Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Educate customers about our subscription offerings and help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery.

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in a subscription-based environment, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
